With critical acclaim as the freshwater sailing capital of the world, and state-of-the-art sport facilities including nine multipurpose sport facilities, and over 100 different sport venues - from soccer fields to hockey rinks -Kingston has every sport season covered. Most facilities are located within a short walk or drive of many accommodation and dining establishments.

This new track and field provides a high quality venue for school track and field meets and offers an extended season for field sports user groups due to the artificial turf surfacing. The project has been constructed to high standards with a sophisticated drainage system and high quality synthetic materials. |

In the heart of Kingston's historic downtown, the K-Rock Centre is the largest indoor entertainment venue between Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal. The K-Rock Centre is a 5,700 seat multi-purpose facility with the capability to host a variety of events including concerts, stage productions, hockey, curling, figure skating, trade shows, conferences and community events. |

The INVISTA Centre is the city's premier recreational facility ideal for large tournaments and events. There are four NHL- sized ice pads, large concourse areas, pro shop, meeting rooms and a full state-of-the-art fitness facility. This venue has the ability to host a variety of tournaments, trade shows, conferences and other community events. |

Built as the sailing venue for the 1976 Olympics in Montreal, Portsmouth Olympic Harbour continues to host several provincial, national and international sailing events. Every year Kingston plays host to over 1000 sail boats during the annual Canadian Olympic Regatta Kingston (CORK). The site was also chosen to host the 2007 ISAF World Youth Sailing Championships. The facility features 300 slip finger docks, large meeting and event rooms, and secure storage areas. |

Queen's University Athletics & Recreation Centre (ARC) Opened in 2009, the Queen's Athletics & Recreation Centre is a state-of-the-art fitness facility which features a main gymnasium with spectator seating for up to 1,900, an upper gymnasium which can be configured to fit three basketball courts, a large fitness center, indoor 25m pool, squash courts and several multi-purpose rooms. |

Kingston Military Community Sports Centre (KMCSC) The Kingston Military Community Sports Centre located on the grounds of CFB Kingston features a large field house that offers several configurations for a wide range of sports and also features an indoor track. The facility also features squash courts, an indoor 25m pool, climbing wall, martial arts rooms, weight and cardio area. Also located within walking distance of the facility are five full-size sports fields, outdoor tennis courts and the Constantine Arena. |

Woodbine Park is a multi-purpose sport and recreation complex with five full-size soccer fields, four baseball diamonds, three beach volleyball courts, on-site washrooms, field lighting and two BMX tracks. Woodbine Park plays host to several tournaments every year and the Kingston BMX Club has hosted many provincial, national and international events, including the first ever UCI Olympic Qualifying race in 2008. |
